Why Mainforce

Six Reasons Operations Managers Trust Us

1

Same-Day Deployment

Call before noon, get workers on site by end of day. Our regional pools are sized for it — we are not scrambling when you call.

2

Vetted & Background-Checked

Every worker passes ID verification, work eligibility, references, and a baseline skills check before we put them in our pool.

3

Pre-Trained on Site Basics

Workers arrive with PPE, WHMIS basic, and the orientation your safety officer would otherwise have to deliver before they touch a forklift.

4

Scalable in Both Directions

One worker for a half-shift, or a 50-person crew for a Saturday event setup. Same number, same dispatcher.

5

CNESST / WSIB / WorkSafeBC Compliant

All workers are properly classified, insured and registered with the relevant provincial authority. Your liability is covered.

6

Bilingual Field Workers

In Quebec, every worker speaks French. In all regions we have bilingual EN / FR workers available on request.

How It Works

Five Steps. From Call to Crew on Site.

01

Call

One call to your Mainforce dispatcher. Tell us the role, count, shift length, location, start time.

02

Match

Dispatcher pulls vetted workers from the regional pool with the right skills and certifications.

03

Brief

Workers receive site briefing, dress code, PPE list, contact name, and report time.

04

Deploy

Workers arrive on time, with PPE, ready to work. Crew leader on site for groups of 5+.

05

Bill

Single weekly invoice with hours by worker, by shift. No agency markup games.

FAQ

Mainforce Staffing in Brampton — Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you actually deploy?+

For most regular roles in our service areas, same day if you call before noon. For larger crews (10+) we typically need 24 hours. For pre-scheduled work, any volume is fine.

Are workers your employees or contractors?+

Mainforce workers are W2 / T4 employees of Mainforce Staffing Inc. We handle payroll, source deductions, CNESST / WSIB / WorkSafeBC, statutory holidays and vacation pay. You receive one invoice; we handle the employer obligations.

What kinds of roles do you fill?+

General labour, warehouse pickers and loaders, event setup and teardown, factory production lines, construction helpers, moving crews, facility maintenance support, and seasonal scaling for any operation.

What about WHMIS and PPE?+

All Mainforce workers have current WHMIS basic. We provide standard PPE (steel-toe boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat where applicable). Specialty PPE is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

What is your billing structure?+

Hourly bill rate per worker, shift minimums apply, weekly invoicing, net 15. No long-term contracts. No "minimum guaranteed hours." Pay for the hours you used.

Do you have bilingual workers?+

In Quebec, all our workers speak French and many are fully bilingual. In Toronto and Vancouver, bilingual workers are available on request.

What if a worker does not perform?+

Tell the dispatcher immediately. We pull and replace within hours. You are not billed for unsatisfactory hours — that is the deal.

Need a Crew? Call the Dispatcher.

Tell us the role, the count, and the start time. We will have vetted workers on site by end of day in most cases. One call, one invoice, no agency games.
