Temporary staffing in Canada, properly insured.
Vetted, T4-classified workers deployed same-day for warehouse, events, construction and production. Mainforce replaces classification shortcuts with properly insured labour and clean weekly invoicing.
You're paying for workers. But are they even classified properly?
Unprepared workers showing up without PPE. Agencies hiding behind contractor classification to skip insurance. When a worker gets hurt on your site and the coverage is missing, the liability lands on you.
Vetted employees. Proper coverage. One clean invoice.
Every Mainforce worker is a T4 employee — proper source deductions, workers' comp, liability coverage. One weekly invoice, zero classification games.

Proper Classification
Every worker is a T4 employee of Mainforce — source deductions, CNESST/WSIB/WorkSafeBC, statutory pay, vacation accrual.
Same-Day Deployment
Call before noon, workers on site by end of day. Our regional pools are sized for it.
Vetted & Background-Checked

WHMIS & PPE Ready
Workers arrive with PPE and WHMIS basic. Your safety officer does not run orientation at 7am.
Scalable 1 to 50+

Bilingual Workforce
In Quebec, every worker is francophone. In all regions, bilingual workers available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you actually deploy?+
For most regular roles in our service areas, same day if you call before noon. For larger crews (10+) we typically need 24 hours. For pre-scheduled work, any volume is fine.
Are workers your employees or contractors?+
Mainforce workers are W2 / T4 employees of Mainforce Staffing Inc. We handle payroll, source deductions, CNESST / WSIB / WorkSafeBC, statutory holidays and vacation pay. You receive one invoice; we handle the employer obligations.
What kinds of roles do you fill?+
General labour, warehouse pickers and loaders, event setup and teardown, factory production lines, construction helpers, moving crews, facility maintenance support, and seasonal scaling for any operation.
What about WHMIS and PPE?+
All Mainforce workers have current WHMIS basic. We provide standard PPE (steel-toe boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat where applicable). Specialty PPE is your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
What is your billing structure?+
Hourly bill rate per worker, shift minimums apply, weekly invoicing, net 15. No long-term contracts. No "minimum guaranteed hours." Pay for the hours you used.
Do you have bilingual workers?+
In Quebec, all our workers speak French and many are fully bilingual. In Toronto and Vancouver, bilingual workers are available on request.
What if a worker does not perform?+
Tell the dispatcher immediately. We pull and replace within hours. You are not billed for unsatisfactory hours — that is the deal.
Standards We Operate Under
A Staffing Company Run by People Who Actually Worked the Jobs.
Mainforce was started by operations managers who got tired of getting unprepared workers from agencies that did not understand the difference between "general labour" and "warehouse pick-and-pack."
We vet, we train, we deploy. Same-day. Bilingual. Properly insured.
