Mainforce was started by operations managers who got tired of two things: agencies that sent unprepared workers, and agencies that hid behind employment classification games to avoid the cost of properly insuring those workers.
We built Mainforce to do the opposite. Every worker on our roster is a properly classified employee — T4, source deductions, CNESST or WSIB or WorkSafeBC depending on province, statutory pay, vacation accrual. We carry $5M general liability. We pay our workers above the median agency rate, because that is how you keep a vetted pool that actually shows up.
Our regional dispatchers in Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver maintain pools sized for same-day deployment. Bilingual where it matters. Trained on the basics so your safety officer is not running orientation at 7 a.m. We are the workforce behind the work, and we are accountable for it.
